Few days ago Mayawati sometime in april 03, CD was released and in it mayawati had been asking BSP MPs to pay donation to party coffers.
Infact it was quite irritating to watch Chief Minister level person to ask for donations for party..
Exact sentence from wikipedia says “Mayawati has also been alleged of ordering her BSP’s MPs to contribute their discretion-funds and MPLAD funds to the party-fund illegally”
So goverment gived funds to MPs to improve their constituency and party leader begs to MPs to give it to party?
Thats good business.. All legal, I suppose.. Instead of extorting small amounts from businesses which can make news and get some attention, loot government..
Common people pay taxes and government will give money to MPs and party leader exhorts party members to pay it to party..
Not suprised UP (largest state in india) people are flocking towards other states. Atleast they will live there with their own lives.
Shame on indian politics. Shame on Mayawati and the MP Tiwari.
